Parting The Veil - The Art of Nene Thomas Art Book

I have loved art for as long as I can remember. I can think of no greater gift than to take an image or an idea and express it in a fashion that others can appreciate and understand - even love. Whether that expression takes the form of the music that you hear on the radio, or as a book that you can't put down, or as a movie that you never get tired of seeing no matter how many times you watch it, artist expression is a gift that the creator gives to his or her audience. When I was younger, I used to look at booksof art by the masters, and wish that I too could create something of such sublime beauty that others would view my art as a gift as well, and would draw inspiration from it the way I did with the masters. I am a long, long way from achieving this goal, but even today it is my fervent hope that someone, somewhere, will be inspired by my work - inadequate as it is - and will use that inspiration to create art of their own.

This book is my gift to you, fellow art lover. May you draw inspiration from it, and may you use that inspiration as fuel for achieving dreams of your own. You have it in you: all you have to do is strive for it.
